U.S. orders
- Orders under $1,000 ship via USPS Ground.
- Orders over $1,000 ship via UPS Express, or a FedEx option selected at checkout.
All U.S. shipments are fully insured and require a signature on delivery for your security. You'll receive tracking updates when your order ships, and again when it's out for delivery.
If a delivery is missed, the carrier will attempt redelivery the next business day. A delivery missed on a Friday will be re-attempted on Monday.
Please note: we don't ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical residential or business address is required for delivery.
International orders
International orders ship via UPS International Priority and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, excluding customs clearance.
When your order reaches customs, UPS will contact you by phone or email to arrange payment of duties and complete any required documentation. Once duties are paid, UPS will provide an updated delivery estimate. All international shipments require a signature on delivery.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes. Every Margot Vane order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our workshop until it's safely signed for on delivery.
Is your packaging discreet?
Absolutely. All orders ship in plain, unbranded boxes with no external logos or jewelry identifiers. Any return label shows only a small ‘MV’ for internal reference.
Duties and taxes
For international orders, duties and taxes vary by country and are payable directly to your local customs office. Customs will contact you to collect payment before releasing your order for delivery.
Because international tax, duty, and VAT rules change often, all duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend confirming current import requirements and costs with your local customs office before ordering. Margot Vane is not liable for any duties, VAT, or import fees charged at the destination.
