How will my order ship?
Ring sizer orders
If you request a ring sizer, it ships via USPS Ground and typically arrives within 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking as soon as it is on its way.
U.S. orders
Orders under $1,000 ship via USPS Ground. Orders over $1,000 ship via UPS Express.
All U.S. shipments are fully insured and require a signature on delivery for your security. You will receive tracking updates when your order ships, and again when it is out for delivery.
If a delivery is missed, the carrier will attempt redelivery the next business day. A delivery missed on a Friday will be re-attempted on Monday.
Please note: we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical residential or business address is required for delivery.
International orders
International orders ship via UPS International Priority and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, excluding customs clearance.
When your order reaches customs, UPS will contact you by phone or email to arrange payment of duties and complete any required documentation. All international shipments require a signature on delivery.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes. Every order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our workshop until it is safely signed for on delivery.
Is your packaging discreet?
All orders ship in plain, unbranded boxes with no external logos or jewelry identifiers.
