If your requested size falls outside these ranges, our team will offer a personalized solution — such as a new shank or a full remake.
Email our client care team at care@margotvane.com with your order ID and your desired new size. From there, we'll guide you through the next steps and arrange to bring your ring into our workshop.
Resizing takes approximately 7–14 business days from the date your ring reaches our workshop. This timeline cannot be expedited — careful work takes the time it takes.

International customers are eligible for one complimentary resizing within 6 months of purchase. Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import fees are the client's responsibility for both inbound and outbound shipping.

Under close inspection, faint evidence of resizing may be visible — a quiet hallmark of authentic handwork. Certain elements, such as Euro shanks and engravings, may be gently refined during resizing to preserve structure and comfort.
Yes. If you'd like your engraving redone after resizing, a $30 re-engraving fee applies. Resizing can leave engraving faint or no longer visible, and re-engraving is a separate process that takes additional time and care.
You can request resizing at no additional cost within 6 months of your original purchase. After that window, resizing may involve additional charges.
Your complimentary resizing covers one adjustment per piece. Any further adjustments can be arranged for a small resizing fee.
